based in New York City in 1952, also
had a location in Bayonne, New Jersey,
by 1969. The company was a discount
store quality toy importer, which
included: telescopes; sewing machines;
battery operated toys; slot car racing
sets; Musical track trains; riffle
target games; friction powered cars,
planes, busses, space crafts; robots;
remote control 2-gun sheriff; wind-up
toys, steel wall kiddie pools;
inflatable pools; floaties... Cragstan
also imported baseball gloves during
the the 1960s.
Cragstan baseball gloves were sold in discount and
department stores including E.J.
Korvettes, and Goodyear auto stores. Gloves feature a "Cragstan Sporting Equipment" cloth patch on the back.
Some were imported from Japan or have a
"H-K" (Hong Kong) button on the back.
